Email, and it reaches someone who can answer.
One address, and a written reply from a person. Each route below says what a message should contain and how quickly it is answered.

New enquiries
Worth including: the question you want answered, what decision hangs on it, and when you need to know. A specification is not required. A paragraph is enough for us to tell you whether this is work for us, and where it is not, the reply says so plainly.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time. Messages sent outside those hours are read on the next working day.
Data protection requests
[email protected] with "Data protection request" in the subject line.
This covers every right the UK GDPR confers: seeing what is held, having it corrected, having it erased, freezing its use, taking it elsewhere, objecting, and withdrawing consent. We respond substantively within one calendar month of receiving a request we can verify. The full procedure, including how identity is verified and the narrow grounds on which a request can be refused, is in the privacy notice.
Reporting a security issue
[email protected] with "Security report" in the subject line.
If you have found a vulnerability in something we operate, set out the weakness and the steps that reproduce it. You will get an acknowledgement, an account of what was done about it, and credit for the find if you want your name on it.
Post
Post reaches the registered office address as recorded on the public register, which is the authoritative record of it. It is a registered office service, not a place of work, and it does not receive visitors. Post is forwarded rather than opened on arrival, so allow additional time. Anything time sensitive should go by email.
Email, because a question in writing can be answered properly and kept by both sides.
Why writing first
A question set down in writing can be read twice, and answered by whoever is actually going to do the work rather than by whoever picked up. The reply is yours to keep, forward and hold us to, which is harder to do with something said on a call.
When a call is better
Some questions are quicker spoken than written, and a conversation is sometimes the fastest way to establish whether an engagement is worth either side's time. If that is the format you want, say so in an email and we will fix a time that suits you.

What happens after you email
No funnel- You get a written reply from a person within two working days. Not an autoresponder, and not a calendar link.
- If the question is outside what we can do well, the reply says so and, where we can, points you somewhere more useful.
- If it is a fit, the reply proposes a first conversation and says what we would want to cover in it.
- You are not added to a mailing list. We do not operate one, and nothing on this site subscribes you to anything.
- Nothing is chased. If you do not reply, that is the end of it and there is no follow up sequence.
